The situation

What we ran

Developing the project Gantt and building FAQs. Designing draft stakeholder scripts and manager breaking-the-news training. Managing risk exceptions, principally in the UK, Norway, and Iceland. Providing People Partner support for at-risk conversations for UK and Norway-based leavers. Coordinating individual career transition support, including a call-to-action for outplacement and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) support. The provision of one-to-one outplacement support and access to ImaginativeHR's online Career Centre.

ImaginativeHR partnered with Paymentology to ensure clear and consistent communication of all available support, integrating their existing EAP with tailored outplacement services.

What happened

One-to-one tailored career coaching sessions, adapted to individual needs, geographical norms, and long-term career goals. 12 months' access to ImaginativeHR's fully accessible 24/7/365 online career transition platform, offering 1000+ learning resources, tutorials, courses, and assessments.

Project deliverables were completed on time. ImaginativeHR successfully coordinated and delivered tailored career transition support across more than 40 international regions. A significant outcome was an 88% resettle rate within three months, based on an 82% survey response rate.
