Cara, the AI career coach

Cara is Launchpad's AI career coach: available any time for practice, feedback and next steps, working alongside your human coach rather than replacing them.

Cara is the AI career coach built into Launchpad. She is available at any hour for the questions that come up between coaching sessions — how to phrase an achievement, how to prepare for a specific interview, what to do after a rejection.

Cara works from the participant's own documents and progress. She supplements human coaching; every Launchpad participant still has a named human coach.
