For credible professionals who recognise when an introduction could help. 10% referral reward, 10% client saving, 12-month qualifying period. No membership fee.
Turn trusted professional introductions into additional income.
Over a career, you build relationships with people who trust your judgement. Those conversations often reveal a need: an organisation preparing for change, a leader looking for coaching, or a team that needs specialist support. A well-timed introduction can help them find the right expertise.
The Ambassador programme gives you a way to recognise those opportunities and potentially generate a second income from your existing network. You do not need to pitch services, negotiate a contract or deliver the work. Your contribution is the connection; ImaginativeHR takes the conversation forward.
There is no membership fee, no minimum referral target and no expectation to introduce people on a schedule. Introduce when there is a genuine fit. A reward depends on qualifying business being generated and paid for, not simply on making an introduction.
HR professionals and consultants. People whose relationships give them insight into organisational change, talent priorities and situations where another specialist could help.
Recruiters and executive coaches. Professionals who hear about career transitions, leadership challenges and client needs that fall outside their own scope of work.
Employment lawyers and advisers. Trusted advisers who encounter restructures and people-related decisions, and can identify when an introduction would add value.
Non-executive directors and connected professionals. Individuals with established networks, including those active in professional associations or federations, who can introduce other organisations in a personal capacity.
10% referral reward
12 months of qualifying client invoices
Ambassadors receive a 10% reward on qualifying net client invoices during the first 12 months. The client also receives a standard 10% saving. You can retain your reward, transfer part of it to the client, or transfer it all, creating a potential client saving of up to 20%.
The estimate assumes you retain the full 10% reward and enter qualifying paid net revenue after any agreed discount. Rewards are paid 30 days after ImaginativeHR receives the corresponding client payment. There is no commission cap or membership fee; programme terms apply.
You might hear about planned redundancies, an acquisition, a senior appointment or a leadership challenge. Rather than trying to solve every requirement yourself, you can connect the organisation with ImaginativeHR for an initial conversation about the support it needs.
ImaginativeHR qualifies the requirement, develops the proposal and manages delivery as appropriate. The portfolio includes career transition and outplacement, executive coaching, leadership and team development, talent assessment, HR consulting and Search. Launchpad supports the career transition and coaching proposition alongside the human expertise behind the programmes.
Your role remains a professional introduction, not an obligation to become a salesperson. That distinction allows you to create value through relationships you already have, without building a new delivery business.
One personal full-access Launchpad account helps you understand the technology you are introducing. You can also offer prospective clients limited preview access, giving them a practical view of the career transition experience.
Membership includes an Ambassador digital badge, permission to promote your status under the brand guidelines, access to Partner resources and selected events and briefings. These help you keep informed and explain the relationship accurately.
Selected collaboration opportunities and potential reciprocal introductions sit alongside the referral reward. ImaginativeHR looks for opportunities to introduce business and expertise back into the network, without expecting referral commission for those reciprocal introductions.
A personal reward must never compromise professional judgement. Referring work from your own organisation, or where you are involved in its purchasing decision, creates a conflict of interest: the reward cannot be paid to you personally. It may instead be passed to your organisation, transferred to the client or waived in accordance with the programme terms.
You are responsible for complying with your employment, professional, conflict-of-interest and gift policies. Personal participation can be appropriate when introductions relate to other organisations, but check those obligations before making a rewarded referral.
We honour an Ambassador or Partner introduction unless a proposal for the same services has already been submitted. Simply knowing the organisation, or proposing different services, does not disqualify it. Membership is selective and every application is reviewed individually.
If your professional network brings you into conversations where specialist people and talent support could help, we would welcome an application. Tell us about your experience and the kinds of introductions you see yourself making.
