For organisations extending their client proposition with ImaginativeHR expertise, technology and international delivery. 20% revenue share, rising to 30% above £100,000 in a membership year, with an earned Strategic upgrade. No Partner membership fee.
Extend your client offering through specialist expertise and international delivery.
Clients do not always keep their requirements within the boundaries of your service offering. A familiar brief can become a multi-country programme, a request for specialist coaching or an outplacement requirement beyond your current capacity. You may have the relationship, but not every part of the delivery capability.
An ImaginativeHR partnership allows you to respond without building each service internally. You can make a referral, collaborate on an opportunity or incorporate agreed capabilities into your own proposition, including co-branded or white-label delivery where appropriate.
The commercial relationship can create additional revenue while helping clients access complementary expertise. Membership is free, with no minimum referral or revenue requirements, so it can sit alongside your existing business and supplier relationships.
Professional associations, federations and membership bodies. Organisations that want to connect members with specialist career and talent support while broadening the value of their existing relationships.
HR consultancies and recruitment businesses. Providers seeking complementary outplacement, coaching, assessment or international delivery capability alongside their core services.
Employment-law firms and coaching providers. Advisers whose clients may need practical career transition or broader people support beyond the advice or coaching they already provide.
Outplacement and professional-services providers. Organisations looking for specialist, technology, international or overflow support, including providers operating in similar markets where collaboration makes sense.
20% revenue share
12 months of qualifying client invoices
Partners normally retain 20% of qualifying net client invoices generated during the first 12 months. Within a membership year, the first £100,000 earns 20% and qualifying revenue above it earns 30% following an automatic Strategic upgrade. Partner-level revenue share does not include client-discount allocation; agreed client pricing remains unchanged.
Revenue must be qualifying paid net invoice value, excluding VAT and applicable exclusions. Revenue share is paid 30 days after the corresponding client payment. There is no membership fee, commission cap or minimum revenue target; programme terms apply.
When an existing Partner refers £100,000 of qualifying net client invoices in a membership year, Strategic Partner membership begins immediately without an upgrade fee. You also secure the following membership year of Strategic Partner membership at no cost.
The reward calculation follows the threshold, not the size of a single invoice. With no earlier qualifying revenue that year, a £150,000 invoice earns 20% on the first £100,000 (£20,000) and 30% on the remaining £50,000 (£15,000), giving a £35,000 reward. Earlier qualifying invoices count towards the same annual threshold.
The £100,000 threshold excludes VAT and applicable exclusions and is measured on qualifying invoices within your membership year. Reward payments still follow client payment by 30 days. Meeting the threshold again earns another free Strategic membership year; there is no compulsory revenue target.
Partner estimate: cumulative qualifying revenue in one membership year, starting at £0. The first £100,000 earns 20%; revenue above it earns 30%.
A referral is the simplest starting point: connect the client with ImaginativeHR and allow us to manage the opportunity. Where there is a stronger fit, we can work together on a pitch, shape a programme or agree how complementary services should be presented and delivered.
Co-branded delivery can bring your client relationship together with ImaginativeHR expertise. Agreed white-label options can support selected capabilities within your own offering. The arrangement should reflect the client’s requirement and each organisation’s role, rather than impose one model on every opportunity.
International delivery and access to specialist people and talent services help you respond when a brief goes beyond your reach. Launchpad can support the technology element of the proposition, alongside the professionals delivering the work.
Access to international delivery capability, solution design support and proposal and pitch support gives you more ways to respond to a client need. White-label options are available where agreed, alongside referral and collaborative delivery.
Up to five internal Launchpad accounts allow your team to experience the platform. Unlimited limited-access invitations for prospective clients help you show the technology supporting the career transition proposition.
The Partner badge, co-marketing, co-branded collateral, joint webinars and events support a recognisable relationship. Market insight, referral reporting and potential reciprocal introductions help keep the partnership useful beyond an individual transaction.
Some opportunities need only an introduction; others benefit from a joint pitch or an agreed delivery model. Clarifying that approach early keeps responsibilities and client expectations clear. Partnerships are non-exclusive and there is no expectation to move to another membership level.
We honour an Ambassador or Partner introduction unless we have already submitted a proposal for the same services. Existing awareness of the organisation, or a proposal for different services, does not by itself disqualify it.
Applications are reviewed individually. The partnership portal concept is designed to make referrals easy to track, with visibility over deal progress and rewards, alongside marketing assets and strategy planning documentation; it is not presented as a live service.
Tell us about your organisation, the clients you serve and where complementary expertise could strengthen your offering. We can then explore whether a referral, collaborative or delivery partnership is the right fit.
